Lectures and Oral presentations
Standard personal computer and LCD projector will be available. The speakers are kindly asked to deliver their presentations in advance to our technician, at least one hour before session start. The use of personal laptops is discouraged due to a potential compatibility and timing issues.
Number of slides is not limited but please make sure your talk will not exceed the assigned limit given in the Programme.
Speakers with remote presentations will get information by email from the organisers.
Short oral presentation for Poster Highlights should have 3 slides for 3 min long talk. File type: PPTX/PPT (aspect ratio: 16:9) should be ready on 8 May 2022 and delivered at the registration to our technician. All presenters need to prepare a poster.
All posters will be exhibited in the coffee area during conference and presented in both poster sessions. The maximal size of posters is 110 cm height and 90 cm width (portrait). Poster should be mounted according the List of posters in the Programme and Abstracts. Selected posters will be presented in Poster Highlights.
Posters will be evaluated by the Poster Award Committee and the poster award will be given to the best presenter at the Closing session on 12 May 2022.
Bring your poster already printed, as there will be no printing service on site. Do not use heavy printing material nor laminate your poster (cloth/fabric posters are welcome). Depending on the support, pins, adhesive/mounting putty or double-sided tape will be provided.
All posters should be installed in the poster area by morning sessions on 9 May 2022, and should be removed before closing session on 12 May 2022.
